Welcome to the Art Program at ICS!

The art program at ICS endeavors to develop students' appreciation for the visual arts and nurture their creative voices.

Art classes, which meet weekly, begin by focusing on an important artist or period in art, or the use of a particular material or technique. Using this background as inspiration, the children work on a project to reinforce what they have learned.

Their projects are then displayed throughout the school for students and visitors to admire. With watercolors, pastels, clay and more, every student can discover and take pride in their creativity.
